SO, WHAT EXACTLY IS HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness race that blends functional strength, endurance, and mental grit in a way that’s equal parts brutal and addictive.

Every race follows this format:

  • Run 1K
  • Smash a functional workout station (think sled pushes, rowing, lunges, wall balls)
  • Repeat 8 times

By the end, you’ll have run 8K and powered through 8 stations—testing your engine, your mindset, and your mettle.

The best bit? Anyone can do it. HYROX is scalable, inclusive, and weirdly fun. Whether you’re new to fitness or a competitive beast, the format meets you where you’re at—and then pushes you that bit further.
