For the soft launch, aka the rescue mission, membership is £80. This will increase to £110 per month on our official opening in June 2024.
During the soft launch we will be continuing to fit out facilities at the gym. This has well and truly been a rescue mission and a huge thanks to everyone for supporting us and helping out! Our focus since receiving the keys only a few weeks ago has been to create a main gym space for you all to workout in, without losing the community or impacting on the continuity and consistency you all show to your training!
Following the completion of the main workout space our focus will shift rapidly to getting changing rooms and shower facilities up and running as quickly as possible. We aim to be officially open with a full timetable, fantastic facilities, and a growing community from June 2024.
During our soft launch, 1st April 2024 to June 2024 our opening hours will be:

Absolutely, there will be an open gym outside of class time. We will also try to have an open gym space ready for you upstairs, but for the soft launch this will be a warm up and cool down area only.
During our soft launch we will not have showers or changing rooms available, they are our next priority though!

• Free parking at Regent Road Sainsburys/McDonalds etc for 2 hours (between 10-15min walk)
If you're coming on your own bike or scooter, then enter through the rear of the building rather than through reception.
